基于创新型人才培养的物力资源体系优化

随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,在校学生人数大幅度增加,相对于培养创新型人才的要求而言高校教育资源却十分紧张,教育经费投入不足,导致学校教育资源短缺,能启发学生创新思维和提高学生实践能力的物力资源基础严重不足,严重制约着高校对创新型人才的培养。物力资源体系作为人才培养的物质基础,是建设创新型人才培养体系的重点。本文将从教学互动平台建设、科研创新平台建设、实验教学平台建设、实习基地平台建设、资源共享平台建设等五个方面全面阐述创新型人才培养物力资源体系的建设构想,以期建设一个良好有序的创新型人才培养物力资源体系。

As the expanding of China’s higher education scale and the increase in the number of university students,higher educational resources are very limited,education funding is insufficient compared to the requirements of fostering creative talents,it results in the shortage in the school educational resources and in the base of inspiring students to practice creative thinking and improve practical ability,seriously restricting the fostering of the college creative talents.Material resources system as the material basis,is the key point of constructing creative talents training system as the material basis of fostering talents.Creative talents and material resources system construction idea was presented from the constructing of teaching interactive platform,research and innovation platform,experimental teaching platform,practice base platform and resource sharing platform to construct a well-ordered creative talents fostering system.
