摘要
文章介绍了目前硫化碱生产的污染现状及其污染治理难度,及污染治理去硫除尘方法的多种尝试,从生产实践中总结、比较并通过技术人员的多次方案研讨,选定使用:冲击器—文丘里—水膜三级脱硫除尘器。论述了选择此除尘器的主要原因。除尘器的工作原理、特点,论述了此除尘装置运用于生产实践中的实施情况、存在的问题,针对出现的问题采取的对策。用监测数据验证了此脱硫除尘装置的效果,经检测证明了尾气的排放达到国家二类排放标准,为硫化碱生产的污染治理做了一次有益尝试,也使南风集团硫化碱生产污染治理走在了前列。
