FDP-Mg抗原代培养大鼠心肌细胞拟缺血再灌注损伤的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解FDP-Mg抗原代培养大鼠心肌细胞拟缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法:通过体外培养大鼠原代心肌细胞缺氧缺糖180min、再复氧复糖60min以建立心肌细胞拟缺血再灌注损伤模型,倒置相差显微镜观察心肌细胞的生长状态,检测培养基中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、心肌细胞Ca2+浓度和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:FDP-Mg能明显改善受损细胞形态,显著减少心肌细胞的死亡率,降低细胞内钙离子和MDA的含量,并提高了SOD的活性。结论:FDP-Mg对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有显著的保护作用,其机制可能与清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化和提高心肌细胞对缺氧缺糖的耐受性有关。
