两种不同寄主桑寄生的化学成分预试验

Preliminary study on the Chemical Constituents of Taxillus Chinensis from two Different Host-plants

目的:初步比较两种不同寄主(白蜡树和柚子树)来源的桑寄生所含化学成分的类型。方法:通过试管反应法和滤纸反应法,分别对两种不同寄主(白蜡树和柚子树)来源的桑寄生提取液进行化学成分预试。结果:两者均含有糖苷类、鞣质、有机酸、黄酮及酚类成分,均不含有香豆素、生物碱、强心苷类成分。结论:不同寄主上的桑寄生所含化学成分的类型有所区别。

Objective ：To compare the chemical constituents of Taxillus chinensis from two different host-plants （Fraxinus chinensis and Citrus maxima）. Methods： The extracts of these two plants reacted with various indicators. By observing the phenomena during the reaction, the chemical constituents of them were concluded. Results：Both of them contained saccharides, glycosides, tannins, organic acids, flavonoids and phenols, but no coumarins, alkanolds, and cardiac glycosides in them. Conclusion：The chemical constituents of Taxillus chinensis from two different host-plants were not the same.
