摘要
目的分析《处方管理办法》推出对我院门诊处方用药基本情况的影响。方法对2009年我院门诊患者用药情况作回顾性分析,在门诊处方中随机每月抽取100张,共1200张。结果我院门诊处方平均用药品种数2.5种,抗生素使用率为19.25%,注射剂使用率为18.33%,药品通用名使用率为100%,平均处方金额为101.15元,处方合格率为95.92%,我院处方合理用药情况优于国内相关文献报道。结论《处方管理办法》的推出有利于促进我院门诊处方合理用药水平的提高,但平均处方金额偏高问题尚待进一步改进。
Objective To evaluate the influence of ＂Prescription Management Methods＂ on drug use in outpatients of our hospital. Methods One hundred outpatient prescriptions were selected randomly every month in 2009 and the total is 1 200. Results The drug items in each prescription were 2.5 in average.The rates of antibiotics applied, injections applied and the drug generic name used were 19.25%, 18.3% and 100%, respectively. The average prescribed cost was ￥101.15 and the rate of qualified prescriptions was 95.92%. Conclusion ＂Prescription Management Methods＂ is of benefit to improve the ractional drug use in outpatient prescriptions of our hospital, but high prescribed cost remains to be further improved.
