畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子(PCDGF)是一种自分泌生长因子,其是生长调节因子家族中的成员,以分子中含有一个独特的半胱氨酸富集区为特征。PCDGF参与多种肿瘤的发生、侵袭及细胞存活,提示其可能成为癌症诊断和治疗的一个合适的靶标。
PC-cell derived growth factor （PCDGF）is an autocrine growth factor. It is a family member of growth modulators and characterized by a unique cysteine-rich motif. PCDGF participates in carcinogenesis, invasion and survival. It could be suggested to serve as a suitable target in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
