摘要
基于国内外文献,本文在研究服务外包因素的指标体系的基础上,运用因子分析法建立服务外包基地城市接包能力的评价模型,从商业因素、人力资本、基础设施和网络设施四个方面对我国12个服务外包基地城市进行分析比较。结果表明:上述方面对服务外包基地城市接包能力有重要影响,以上结论对如何增强我国服务外包城市接包能力具有重要启示:我国应进一步扩大开放程度,完善高等教育体系,加速培养懂服务外包业务的专业人才,完善服务外包网络的基础设施建设,以提高我国服务的接包能力。
Based on the domestic and abroad literature,the paper puts forward the connotation of the ability to access package,by using the factor analysis method,authors establish evaluation model of the ability to access package about base cities in China,from commercial factor,human capital,infrastructure and facilities,make the analysis and comparison of 12 service outsourcing base cities in four aspects above.Results show that： the conclusions above have a significant effect and important enlightenment on how to strengthen our service outsourcing city.Our country should expand the opening of the business environment,perfect,the optimization of higher education system,and perfecting service outsourcing network construction in the future,so as to improve he ability to access package.
