摘要
目的:探讨乳化碘油作为静脉性CT肝脾特异性造影剂的可能性。材料和方法:乳化碘油是用碘化油、甘油、卵磷脂等混合后,经超声乳化而成。其粒径2.5±0.7μ。观察10只大鼠平扫及静注0.8ml乳化碘油(含碘量0.128g)/300g后10’、30’、60’、120’、12h和24h肝脾密度改变。结果:乳化碘油对肝脾有持续的特异性显著强化;给药60分钟左右肝脾强化达高峰,肝CT值为320±56HU,脾CT值为608±71HU;随后,强化效应逐渐减弱,给药24h后基本恢复至平扫水平。透视电镜证实碘油乳粒被肝脾kupffer细胞及肝细胞摄取。结论:乳化碘油是一种极佳的肝脾特异性分布造影剂,对提高肝脾微小病变的检出水平有重要价值。
Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy of iodinated lipid emulsion as a liver and spleen specific contrast medium in the utilization for CT.Materials and methods:Iodinated lipid emulsion was prepared by sonificated mixing of lipiodol ultrafluid,glycerol and egg yolk phoshatidylcholines.The oil droplet size averagd 2.5±0.7μ in diameter.The densities of liver and spleen in rats(n=10)were observed with computed tomography before and 10',30',60',120',12h and 24h after intravenous injection of 0.8ml of the emulsion(equivalent to 0.128g)per 300g body weight,respectively.Results:The selective enhancements of liver and spleen were observed after opacification of iodinated lipid emulsion.The peak attenuation occured during the first hour after injection.The maximum CT values were 320±56HU in liver and 608±71HU in spleen.Then,the attenuations of the liver and spleen decreased slowly,finally returnned to the base level 24 hours after injection.Transmission electron microscopy of the liver demonstrated the particles of the emulsion specifically taken up by kupffer cells and hepatocytes.Conclusion:The iodinated lipid emulsion for intravenous administration can selectively opacify the liver and spleen.It is of great value in early detection of tiny foci in liver and spleen.
