葛芪口服液治疗视网膜动脉阻塞疗效分析

Analysis on the curative effects of geqi oral in treatment of retinal artery occlusion

目的：观察葛芪口服液治疗视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效。方法：视网膜动脉阻塞住院患者62例（62只眼）随机分为两级，观察组服葛芪口服液治疗，对照组用葛根素注射液静脉点滴治疗。以治疗前后的视力，视野改变评定疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为55％，对照组为84％，两组对此差异有显著性，对照组优于观察组。治疗后对数视力两组均有提高，与治疗前比较差异均有权显著性；而两组间对此，对照组亦优于观察组，差异有显著性。结论：用葛芪口服液治疗视网膜动脉阻塞有效，可作为用葛根素注射液静点治疗之补充。

To observe the curative of geqi oral in treatment of retinal artery occlusion.METH'ODS:Sixty two in patients (62 eyes) were divided into two groups randomly. observe group was treated by geqi oral , and control group was treated by gegensu injection the effect was evaluated by the chang of visual aculty and visual field before and aftertreatment.RESULTS:the total effective rate for oborve group was 55%,for the control group was 84%. The differeare is of significase.The contol group is better than the observe group .After treatment the vistal aculty of both groups were increased respectively, and the control group is better than the observe group also. CONCLUSIONS:Geqi oral is effect in treating retinal artery occlusion, and can be used as suplement for gegisu injection.
