心电图U波倒置的临床意义

Clinical Meaning about Inversion of U Warve on Electrocardiogram

目的：通过对116例心电图U波倒置资料的分析，探讨其临床意义。方法：对常规12导联心电图描记所示U波倒置的病例资料，分析其原发病对心肌供血的影响。结果：本组资料显示49.13％的U波倒置系缺血性心肌病所致。结论：U波倒置所提示的心肌缺血较T波改变的特异性更大，具有诊断意义，应引起临床重视。

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the clinical meaning by analysing the information on 116 cases of inversion of U wave on electrocardiogram. METHODS: Analyse effect of the protopathy on myocedial blood - supply as per the case information on inversion of U wave shown in description of 12 - leads electrocardiogram.. RESULTS:49.13% of inversion of U wave shown in the information in this group is caused by ischemic myocardosis. CONCLUSION:The myocedial ischemia pointed out in inversion of U wave has a diagnositic meaning because it has greater speilicity than one pointed out in chang of T wave and it should be paid clinically.
