本科护生临床实习压力源及应对方式的研究进展

Research progress on pressure sources and coping style of nursing students during clinical practice

从本科实习护生的主要压力源,国内外对护生实习压力源的测量及应对方式的研究进行了综述,指出要全面、真实反映本科实习护生的压力水平,应设计出全面准确的压力水平测量表;对本科实习护生进行压力干预或减压技能指导方面的研究,也将是今后的研究方向。

It reviewed main pressure sources of college nursing students during clinical practice,the measurement of pressure sources and coping style of nursing students at home and abroad.It pointed out that one should design comprehensive and accurate pressure level measurement scale in order to reflect pressure level of college nursing students actually.And it put forward that the direction of study in the future is to carry out pressure intervention or to give decompression skills guidance for college nursing students.
