The shareholder structure reform has brought a historic significant change to the capital market as well as imposing vital influence on the capital gains of listed companies.In this paper on the basis of a comprehensive summary of previous studies results,the influence of the shareholder structure reform on the capital gains of China＇s listed companies was emphatically analyzed.In addition,the countermeasures and proposals on how to increase the capital gains of listed companies,hoping to provide theoretical foundation and realistic assistance forthe increase of capital gains of ourlisted companies.
