Influence of Migrant Population on Sustainable Development of Dalian's Urban Human Settlements Environment System

外来人口改变了一个城市的人口结构,并进一步影响到该城市的自然地理环境、社会经济发展和社会变迁。依据外来人口来大连的目的和动机将外来人口分为外来学习、外来投资、外来旅游、外来打工和投亲访友人口,并把外来人口作为城市人居环境系统的干扰因素,采用系统论的基本原理和方法研究外来人口与大连城市人居环境系统的可持续发展,探讨外来人口的人居活动对大连城市人居环境系统的物质系统和非物质系统的影响,并建立外来人口与大连人口的数学模型,结合大连人居环境系统的实际提出了大连城市人居环境系统的可持续发展的对策。

The migrant population changes population structure of a city,and further exerts influence upon its physical geographical environment,social economic development as well as social changes.Based on purposes and motives of the migrant population who seek their living in Dalian,they are divided into five categories—people who come for study,people for investments,people for tourism,people as temporary laborers and people visiting their relatives and friends.Viewing migrant population as a factor disturbing urban human settlements environment system,it uses rationale and method of System Theory to study relationship between the two.It also probes into influence of human activities of migrants on both the material and non-material systems of the human settlements environment system of Dalian.Moreover,the paper sets up a mathematical model concerning migrant population and population of Dalian,putting forward the countermeasures towards the sustainable development of Dalina＇s urban human settlements environment system.
