“六五”普法过程中培育中国现代社会法治观念的路径分析

The Analysis of the Cultivation of the Concept of Legality in the Modern Society in China During the Process of "Six Five" Law Popularization

没有现代社会法治观念,就没有法治国家。因此"六五"普法应当克服中国现代社会法治观念培育过程中所存在的民众基础薄弱、权力本位思想根深蒂固等障碍和困难,所有人员应该主动融入普法教育,培育主体意识、权利和平等思想以及法律信仰,树立现代社会法治观念,推进中国法治进程。

A state with an adequate legal systemcan not stand without a modern concept of legality.Then,the obstacles and difficulties arisein the process of cultivation of modern concept of legality such as the weakness of people＇s knowledge of law and the deep-rooted thoughts of right-oriented should be overcame by this ＂Six Five＂ law popularization.Everyone should actively join in this activity of law popularization and enhance the subject consciousness,thoughts of rights and equality and believe in law.Especially,modern concept of legality should bebuilt up and the process of legal system should be strengthened in China.
