基于BSC的高等职业院校教师绩效考核指标体系可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 科学的绩效考核指标体系是高等职业院校提高教学质量、突出办学特色的关键,但目前中国高等职业院校教师的绩效考核制度还不完善,需要进一步分析并改进现有的教师绩效考核体系。因此,根据高等职业院校教师的工作特点,并依据平衡计分卡的主导思想,对高等职业院校教师绩效考核应用平衡计分卡进行分析的可行性、择优性进行了分析。
