摘要
[目的]研究核桃叶水浸液对黑豆幼苗的化感效应。[方法]用核桃叶水浸液处理黑豆幼苗,观察其形态特征变化,测定其生长及生理生化指标。[结果]核桃叶水浸液处理造成黑豆幼苗植株矮小,株型紧凑,叶窄直立,叶面积变小,叶片厚度变薄,叶色淡绿发黄,根系发达,根毛较长;造成黑豆幼苗组织水势下降,且随着水浸液浓度的上升,组织水势越来越低;同时也造成幼叶脯氨酸含量明显降低,超氧歧化酶活性减弱;致使黑豆幼苗处于逆境胁迫状态,植株生长缓慢或停止,甚至死亡。[结论]该结果为不同种属植物间的相生、相克研究,以及重要经济林木对小杂粮的化感种质资源信息库的建立提供科学依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the allelopathic effect of walnut leaf aqueous extracts on black soybean seedlings.[Method] The black soybean seedlings were treated with walnut leaf aqueous extracts,their morphological characteristics were observed,and their growth and physiological indicators were measured.[Result] Treated black soybean seedlings got short stature,small and exquisite plant shape,narrow and erect leaves,smaller leaf area,thinner leaf thickness,yellowing leaf,well developed root system and longer root hair;with the increase of the walnut leaf aqueous extracts concentration,the water potential of soybean seedlings tissue were becoming lower and lower.The treatment of walnut leaf aqueous extracts on soybean seedlings also caused the decreasing of young leaf proline,the weakling of superoxid activity,and the black soybean seedlings in a state of stress;the plant grew slow,stop,or even died.[Conclusion] These primary results might provide the scientific basis for mutual promotion and restraint between the different species of plants,as well as the establishment of germ plasm resource information bank of important economic forest on cereals.
