摘要
[目的]为丰富城市河道的藤本植物景观。[方法]选择中华常春藤、扶芳藤、常春油麻藤3种植物,进行耐热指标研究。测定不同热处理下3种植物叶片的相对含水量、细胞膜透性、叶绿素含量和MDA含量变化。[结果]叶片的相对含水量、细胞膜透性、叶绿素含量和MDA含量指标可用于中华常春藤、扶芳藤、常春油麻藤3种植物的叶片耐热力测定。[结论]3种植物中,以常春油麻藤较耐热,扶芳藤次之,中华常春藤较不耐热。
[Objective] The research aimed to rich lianas landscape in urban river course.[Method] Three kinds of plants including Hedera nepalensis,Euonymus fortune and Mucuna sempervirens were chosen to conduct the heat-resisting target research.The contents of leaf blade's relative water content,the cell membrane penetrability,the chlorophyll content and MDA content in three kinds of plant leaves were compared in different temperature conditions.[Result] Four indices were suitable for measuring the heat tolerance of three kinds of plant leaves.[Conclusion] Among three kinds of plants,Mucuna sempervirens was most heat-toleran,then heat resistance of Euonymus fortune and Hedera nepalensis were weak relatively.
