木棉与唐菖蒲花瓣营养成分变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]选用木本类木棉花、草本类唐菖蒲花,探索花瓣营养成分变化。[方法]测定了2种花卉花瓣不同时期SOD活性以及还原糖、总糖、可溶性固形物含量的变化规律,VC、蛋白质含量及pH值。[结果]SOD、还原糖、总糖、可溶性固形物含量在不同时期总趋势均为唐菖蒲花瓣中含量高于木棉花,只是花蕾期差距略小;蛋白质、VC含量均为木棉花瓣高于唐菖蒲;2种不同类型花卉的花瓣均为弱酸性。[结论]不同花卉花瓣发育时期不同,营养含量不同。 [Objective] The woody class kapok and herbal gladiolus flower were selected to explore the petals nutrients.[Method] The SOD,reducing sugar,total sugar,soluble solids changes and VC,protein content and pH of two kinds of flower petals were Determined by different methods at different times.[Result]The general trend of SOD,reducing sugar,total sugar and soluble solids in petals of gladiolus flower at different periods was higher than that of Kapok petals,but the gap between their bud periods was slightly small;Kapok petals owned higher protein and VC levels than gladiolus flowers.The petals of both flowers were weak acid.[Conclusion]Different flower petals had different developmental stages and different nutritional content.
