摘要
[目的]建立小鼠高脂模型,应用茶树菇多糖的降脂功效评价该模型。[方法]喂饲高脂饲料,检测小鼠生化生理指标以及肝组织变化。[结果]饲喂高脂饲料7d后,小鼠肝脏体积明显增大,其体重、甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TCH)等指标都呈现显著差异(P<0.05),由此确认小鼠高脂模型成功建立。茶树菇多糖降脂功能评价表明,高脂模型组在体重、Lee’s指数和脂肪质量等方面与基础组间差异显著(P<0.01),并且茶树菇多糖降脂效果在高脂模型组中更为突出。[结论]茶树菇多糖降脂效果明显。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish lipid model of mice.The lipid-lowering effect of agrocybe polysaeeharides was applied to evaluate the model.[Method] The physiological and biochemical indices and liver tissue changes were detected fed by high fat forage.[Result] Mice fed high-fat forage 7 day,the volume of liver increased significantly.Weight,triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol(TCH)and other indicators showed significant differences(P0.05).This suggested that the lipid model in mice established successfully.Evaluation of lipid-lowering function of agrocybe polysaeeharides showed that,lipid model group in weight,Lee's index and fat mass were measured with the base group,the difference was extremely significant(P0.01),and lipid-lowering effect of agrocybe polysaccharide in lipid model was more prominent.[Conclusion] Lipid-lowering effect of agrocybe polysaeeharides is remarkable.
