2009年锦州地区生态与农业气象监测及评估

Monitoring and Evaluation of Ecological and Agricultural Meteorology of Jinzhou in 2009

为了客观定量地监测与评估2009年锦州地区气象生态与农业气象对生态环境造成的影响,利用2009年锦州地区气象观测资料进行了统计分析。结果表明,2009年锦州地区热量条件较好,降水量偏少,日照时数偏多,沙尘天气日数少于常年,土壤水分指标下降,地下水位较2008年有所下降,草木本植物物候期提前于历年,气象灾害造成经济损失逾1亿元以上,雷电灾害造成3人死亡及2人受伤,大气降尘量与去年同比减少,未出现酸雨现象,城市空气质量良好,农田生态环境差于近几年。

In order to monitor and evaluate the influence of agricultural meteorology on eco-environment.in 2009 in Jinzhou,the meteorological observation data was used to carry out statistic analysis.The results showed that thermal condition of 2009 was better,precipitation was less and sunlight length was more than history average,the appearance days of dust were less than history average,soil moisture and water table reduced compared to 2008,the phonological phase of plant was earlier than all of the past years.The loss caused by meteorological disaster was more than one hundred million.The thunder disaster made three people die and two people injured.The quantity of dropping dust was less than the past year and no acid rain appeared.The city air quality was good,while crop environment was worse than the recent years.
