摘要 [目的]研究蚯蚓粪中重金属含量,探索一种新型的天然有效资源。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收分析方法测定蚯蚓粪中铜、锌、铅和镍4种重金属含量。[结果]该方法精密度良好,铜、锌、铅、镍的RSD值分别为0.95%、2.26%、1.78%和1.02%,且具有良好的重现性和线性,相关系数均达到0.999。经测定蚯蚓粪中含有铜、锌、铅、镍含量分别为68.70±0.40、578.00±7.58、45.10±0.70和22.10±0.66mg/kg。[结论]蚯蚓粪对铜、锌、铅和镍有较强的富集作用,为蚯蚓粪作为一种天然有效成分和能源资源提供了科学的数据参考。 [Objective]The aim was to research the contents of heavy metals in the vermicompost and explore a kind of new nature effective resource.[Method]The contents of 4 kinds of heavy metals copper,zinc,lead,nickel in the vermicompost were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.[Result]The results showed that the method was simple,delicate and accurate.The RSD of copper,zinc,lead,nickel were 0.95%、2.26%、1.78% and 1.02%.This method had good repeatability and linear relationship,and all the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999.The contents of copper,zinc,lead,nickel in the vermicompost were 68.70±0.40 mg/kg,578.00±7.58 mg/kg,45.10±0.77 mg/kg and 22.10±0.66 mg/kg.[Conclusion] It is ulteriorly proved that vermicompost had srong concentration effects to copper,zinc,lead and nickel and offered scientific data for vermicompost was a kind of nature effective component and energy source.
