摘要
[目的]从绿茶的副产品(如茶末、茶梗等)中提取茶多酚及酯型儿茶素,变废为宝。[方法]用水提、柱层析等提取分离酯型儿茶素,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。[结果]提取物中EGCG含量为44.5%,ECG含量为16.3%,提取率分别为5.3%,2.0%。[结论]绿茶的副产品中茶多酚及酯型儿茶素的含量也比较高,可以充分开发利用绿茶的副产品,以发挥绿茶的经济和环境效益。
[Objective] The aim is to extract tea polyphenol and ester-catechins from byproducts(tea fannings and tea stem)of green tea.[Methods] The aqueous extract and column chromatography are adopted to extract and separate ester-catechins,meanwhile its contents were evaluated with high performance liquid chromatography.[Results] The EGCG content accounted for 44.5%,while the ECG content took for 16.3%,the rates of extraction were 5.3%and 2.0% respectively.[Conclusion] The tea polyphenol and ester-catechins in byproduct of green tea had a higher content,so the byproducts of gree tea could be fully developed so as to explore its economic and environmental benefits.
