以Y省自然灾害应对实践为例,从多元主体参与的视阈分析了地方政府在自然灾害应对方面的问题现状,对政府主导多元主体参与的自然灾害应对模式的改进提出对策建议。

Taking Y Province＇s response practice to natural disaster as an example,this paper analyzes the existing Problems in local governments＇ response to natural disasters from the multi-bodies involved perspective and puts forward some suggestions to improve the government-dominated and multi-bodies involved mode of response to natural disaster.
