苏南外来农民工生活现状调查分析

Survey Analysis on Life Conditions of Peasant Migrants in South Jiangsu

采用问卷调查方法,调查对象为苏南常熟市和昆山市部分国有(集体)企业、外商独资企业、中外合资企业、私营企业等不同性质的企业的农民工,调查内容为工资收入、工作时间、工作的稳定性、合法权益保障情况、住房现状、子女教育等方面。以问卷调查结果为依据,分析外来农民工与本地农民工待遇的差异,并提出了改善农民工特别是外来农民工待遇的相关对策建议。

The thesis made a survey about treatment questions of peasant laborers in national（state）enterprises,foreign proprietorship,joint-ventures and private enterprises at changshu and kunshan in South Jiangsu.The questions included wages,working hours,stabilization of job,security of lawful benefits,housing conditions and education of their children.According to the result,the article analyzed different treatment between peasant migrants and local peasants and provided some suggestions to improve their treatment especially that of the migrant workers.
