摘要
对现行国家助学贷款运行机制存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了以生源地信用助学贷款为主,以国家政策性贷款为辅的国家助学贷款管理制度,同时建立有效的助学贷款回收和偿还机制。
based on the national student loan mechanism existing problems were analyzed,and based on this,advances in the credit loans with national policy loans,supplemented by national student loan management system,and establish effective recovery and repay the loan.
