The student team functions as an important carrier for developing the college students＇ core abilities.A team,like a magnetic field,has a powerful attraction by which the college students can be tightly attracted,creating their team spirit and culture,and achieving the shared goal with their good team-work.According to these analyses,this article argues vocational colleges should attach great importance to team construction for sustainable development in talents cultivation,and develop the students＇ core abilities through their team-work in campus societies,innovational practice and part-time jobs＇ enterprise.
