摘要
以常规能源为基础的能源结构随着资源的不断耗用将愈来愈不适应可持续发展的需要,加速开发利用以太阳能为主体的可再生能源已成为人们的共识。利用洁净的太阳光能,以半导体光电效应为基础的光伏发电技术有着十分广阔的应用前景。本文概括介绍了太阳能电池工作原理,不同材料的太阳能电池分类和特性以及各自的效率比较。
With the continuous consumption of normal resources,oils,coals,and so on,are not suited for the need of the social sustainable development.To accelerate the development and utilization of solar energy as the mainstay of renewable energy has become a consensus all over the world.Exploiting the pure solar energy of light by the semiconductor photoelectric effect has the very broad application prospect.This article introduced the solar cell principle of work,the different material solar cell classification and the characteristic as well as the respective efficiency comparison.
