摘要
应用Anycasting软件对金属液充型与凝固过程进行数值模拟,研究了充型与凝固过程的特点和产生缺陷的部位,分析了铸件缺陷的产生原因。
The liquid metal filling and solidification process was numerically simulated by Anycasting software.The characteristics and defects of filling and solidification process were investigated.Some appropriate measures were taken to ensure the casting quality,shorten the production cycle.The reasons for the casting defects were analyzed.
