摘要
根据方坯连铸过程中在二冷区的凝固特点,应用ANSYS有限元软件建立了铸坯的数学模型,并模拟方坯凝固时的应力场分布情况,简要分析二冷热应力的变化对铸坯质量的影响,为研究二冷对铸坯的质量影响提供了理论依据。模拟结果表明:提高拉速,内裂产生的可能性减小;提高比水量使偏角区热应力增大,对表面和角部热应力影响较小;和比水量相比较,拉速对热应力的影响比较大。
According to the solidification characteristics of square billet during continuous casting,a mathematical model of the billet was built up,the stress field of the billet was simulated,and the influence of equivalent stress change in secondary zone on the billet's quality was analyzed.The results show that increasing casting speed results in the reduce of crack possibility;improving specific water flow can increase heat stress at the area far away corner and has less impact on thermal stress at corner and surface;compared with specific water flow,the influence of casting speed on the thermal stress is greater.
