摘要
实验中采用物理模拟方法,建立了镁合金双辊薄带铸机模型。利用超声波浪高仪和电导仪对熔池的液面波动和流体的混合情况进行测定。在此基础上,研究了圆筒形布流系统的边孔孔径及流量变化对熔池的影响,为优选满足双辊薄带布流要求的布流系统提供了一定的依据。
Based on physical simulation method,the model of twin-roll thin strip continuous caster for magnesium alloy was set up in this experiment.Using an ultrasonic level detector and a conductometer,the situation of level fluctuation and fluid mixing was determined.On the basis of this,the influence of side hole aperture in cylindraceous metal delivery system and flow variation on molten pool was analyzed.This experiment results can provide a certain basis for optimizing the metal delivery system in twin roll thin strip melten pool.
