电阻连续加热成形过程电热力耦合有限元模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元方法,建立了轴对称的电-热-力耦合有限元模型,实现了电-热耦合与热-力耦合的顺序模拟。以42CrMo4钢圆柱体在电阻连续加热情况下的热镦成形过程为例对模型进行验证。结果表明,模拟所得坯料温度及载荷变化与试验结果一致。电阻连续加热成形过程中坯料温度急剧下降主要由于成形过程中坯料电阻的下降,而坯料温度下降也导致成形载荷迅速增加。 An axis-symmetric electro-thermo-mechanical model,which can fulfill the sequence simulation of electro-thermo couple and thermal-mechanical couple,was developed to analyze the hot-forming process for 42CrMo4 billet during continuous resistance heating.The results show that the temperature distribution and forming force between the simulation and the experiment is in good agreement.During the forming process of resistance heating,the billet temperature extremely decreases due to the decrease of the billet resistance,and the forming force increases with the decrease of the billet temperature.
