中药药物绷带临床应用研究

A Clinically Applied Study on Chinese Medicinal Bandage

目的：探讨一种新型医用材料－中药药物绷带，治疗骨与关节和软组织损伤的临床作用和使用价值。方法：将中药验方与纺织工业重整技术结合制作而成的中药药物绷带，对１２６例急、慢性软组织损伤，骨折与关节脱位的患者进行了临床治疗，分别在治疗后１天、３天、５天、７天内，观察患者局部疼痛、肿胀、压痛和功能障碍四项指标。结果：观察表明，具有明显的消炎镇痛，减轻创伤反应，缓解局部症状的作用。其总有效率达９８．４％。结论：该绷带使用方便，具有包扎固定与治疗的双重作用。解决了在维持有效外固定基础上，又能达到局部持续释药治疗无法两全难点，有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects and the applied value of a newly medicinal bandage-chinese medicianl bandage treated bone and joint and soft tissue injury.Methods:Using chinese medicinal bandage which was made from combining chinese medicinal prescription and textile industrial reforming technique,we treated 126 clinical cases of chronic and acute soft tissue injury,fracture and dislocation of joint.In one,three,five,seven days after treating,we observed local pain,swelling,tenderness and dysfunction four targets of patients.Results:The observation showed that chinese medicinal bandage had significant effects on anti inflammatory,analgetic,alleviating wound reaction,and relaxing local symptom.Its total rates were 98.4%.Conclusions:This handage was used conveniently.It had double effects,dressing fixation and treating.It resolvedthe difficuly that couldn't continue partly to release medicine on the base of keeping effectively external fixation.Chinese medicinal bandage has clinically applied value.
