摘要
选取经挤压比为12的双相γ-TiAl合金棒材,通过Gleeble等温热压缩实验获取温度为900~1100℃、应变速率为0.01~1s-1之间的流变应力数据,并得出其本构关系。通过有限元方法对γ-TiAl合金叶片的锻造过程进行模拟。结果表明,预热温度和模锻速度对应变场的大小及分布影响很小,而对温度场和应变速率场大小及分布均有影响。
By hot compression simulator Glebble-1500,the high temperature deformation characteristics of γ-TiAl alloy were investigated at 900 ~1100 ℃ and the strain rate range of 0.01 ~1 s-1,so a constitutive equation was established.The obtained flow stress is joined in FE model to simulate the forging process for γ-TiAl blade.The simulation results show that the preheated temperature and die speed has few influences on the distribution and values of effective strain,but has influences on the temperature field and effective strain rate.
