摘要
通过对几种锻造工艺试制件的组织和性能测试数据对比,分析了热强钛合金TC25组织和性能的关系,确定了盘件的锻造工艺,研制出了合格的TC25钛合金压气机盘锻件。
Contrasting microstructure and test data of properties of the forgings under several forging processes,the relationship between microstructure and properties of TC25 was analyzed;the reasonable forging process was confirmed,the qualified TC25 compressor disc forgings were gained.
