摘要
焊接过程中焊缝方向与焊接方向的夹角是焊接控制中的一个重要特征量。在旋转电弧信号的频域分析中,其特征谐波的相位反映了焊缝方向与焊接方向的初始夹角。本文通过信号的傅立叶变换,提取了在V型坡口情况下焊缝方向与焊接方向的初始夹角,并使用离散傅立叶变化对信号进行数字化处理,得出了特征谐波法的数值解法。
The angle between weld direction and seam’s direction is an important characteristic in welding control.In frequency analysis of rotating arc signal,the phase of harmonic characteristic reflects the initial angle between weld direction and seam’s direction.Through Fourier transform of signal,the angle in V-shaped groove welding was collected.By discrete fourier change for signal’s digitization,the numerical solution method for characteristic harmonic method was obtained.
