摘要
利用Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2(FeCo基)磁环样品,在不同电流驱动频率下进行了环向驱动巨磁阻抗效应(环向外磁场作用下)的研究.发现最佳巨磁阻抗比基本上在驱动频率为200 kHz附近出现,最大阻抗比峰值达到了286%.分析认为是样品材料磁结构的分层分布造成的.
The circular GMI effect of magnetic ring of FeCo-based alloy with being effected by circular magnetic field was investigated.The results showed that variations of GMI ratio were sensible to the outer circular magnetic field,when the driven frequency got to 200 kHz,the GMI ratio curves were linear to the value of circular magnetic field near zero magnetic field,and the GMI ratio reached its maximum rate 286%.
