摘要
制备了掺钴La_2O_3-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃,并采用两步热处理法成功获得了掺Co^(2+)透明微晶玻璃。测试了热处理前后样品的X射线衍射谱、Raman光谱和吸收光谱,分析了该体系的微晶化过程。结果表明:所析出的微晶颗粒中含有MgAl_2O_4尖晶石,而且有Co^(2+)进入其四配位格位,形成可饱和吸收中心。Co^(2+)在1100~1700 nm波段的吸收可应用于Er^(3+)激光的调Q。
Co^(2+) doped La_2O_3-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 glasses were prepared,and Co^(2+)-doped transparent glass-ceramics were successfully synthesized by two-stage heat-treatment.To investigate the crystallization process,X-ray diffraction,Raman spectrum and absorption spectrum measurements of samples before and after heat-treatment were conducted.The results show that MgAl_2O_4 spinel crystals precipitate in the glass-ceramics,and Co^(2+) enter into MgAl_2O_4 and occupy tetrahedrally coordinated site,which forms saturable absorption center.The absorption band of Co^(2+) in 1100-1700 nm covers the laser wavelength of Er^(3+),which indicates this Co^(2+)-doped transparent glass-ceramics might be applied to Q-switching of Er doped glass laser.
