New progresses and prospect of hospital infections

目的综述国内外医院感染学的研究现状和军队的新成就,提出未来军队医院感染学研究的基本思路、建设重点及研究方向。方法采用情报调研方法,检索近10年来国内外该领域的研究论文、综述、研究报告和论著,分析该学科领域取得的新进展和发展趋势。结果近五年来,随着现代医院的不断进步,全军医院感染学研究得到快速发展,在学科法制化规范化建设、非战争条件下卫勤保障、野战医疗所(队)医院感染防控、军兵种特色和疗养院特点的医院感染学、手卫生、目标性监测、医院感染病原微生物学、重点部位和重点部门的医院感染控制工作等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。结论未来全军医院感染学要以新时期军事战略方针为统揽,以军事斗争卫勤准备为龙头,以总部医院感染相关文件为依据,以医院感染研究为基础,以提高全军医院感染专业水平为核心,以降低医院感染的发生为目的 ,积极适应新军事变革和医学发展需求,全面推进医院感染学科发展。

Objective To summarize the research work done domestically and abroad on hospital infection and the achievements acquired by PLA medical personnel, and propose a basic train of thought, the focal point and orientation of research work on hospital infection. Methods Research papers, reviews, reports and monographs published in past decade domestically and abroad were retrieved using literature retrieval method, and the progresses newly achieved and the development trends of hospital infection were analyzed. Results Researches on PLA hospital infection developed rapidly in the past five years with the advances in modem hospitals. Remarkable achievements were made in the formulation of standardization criteria and legalization, the medical logistic service in peace time, the prevention and control of infection in field medical organizations （teams）, the hospital infection occurring in various armed services and sanatoria, hand hygiene, targeted surveillance, pathogenic microbiology of hospital infection, control of hospital infection in key positions and sections and so on. ~usions Future studies of hospital infection should follow the military strategies in new situation as the guideline, with medical logistics for military actions as the leading task, with the documents concerning hospital infection issued by the headquarters as the foundation, and with research on hospital infection as the basis, to enhance the professional level of PLA hospital infection as the core task, and with reduction the incidence of hospital infection as the goal, to adapt to the revolution in military affairs and needs in medical development, and comprehensively promote the development of the discipline of hospital infection.
