摘要
目的通过26例超急性期脑卒中病例,观察和分析脑梗塞与脑出血的MR表现及诊断要点。方法26例在低场强机器作常规横断SE序列T1WI和T2WI扫描。结果脑梗塞为T1WI稍低信号、T2WI高信号;脑出血为T1WI稍高至更高信号,T2WI高至等偏高信号,周围有T1WI低、T2WI高信号水肿带。结论超急性期脑梗塞与脑出血各具不同的信号形式,能较好鉴别,可选择性使用MRI进行检查。
Purpose To observe the MR representations
of brain hemorrhage and brain occlusion,and to analysis the key points of diagnosis on 26
cases of ultracute apoplexy.Methods 26 cases were scanned by traditional crossing SE
sequence T 1WI and T 2WI by low-magnetic-field machine.Results If the patients had brain
hemorrhage,the signal was a slightly low T 1WI and high T 2WI;if brain occlusion,the signal
was a slightly high or even higher T 1WI,high to equally high T 2WI wit around edema area of
low T 1WI、high T 2WI.Conclusion The signal representations were different between
alteractes brain hemorrhage and brain occlusion recognition could be well made.MRI was a
selective examining method. [
