摘要
通过金相与电子显微分析和拉伸强度、硬度测试等方法,研究了元素Zr对Zn-11%Al-8%Cu-Mg合金微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Zr的加入能够细化合金组织,Zr元素多以Zr-Zn-Al化合物的形式存在,分布于初生相附近;Zr的存在能够提高合金的强度和硬度,在锆加入量为0.4%时合金的性能最好。
The effects of Zraddition on microstructure and properties of Zn-11%Al-8%Cu-Mg alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscope,electron probe micro-analyser,X-ray diffraction tensile test and hardness test.The results show that Zr addition refines microstructure,the element Zr usually exists in the form of compound ZrZnAl and distributes around primary grains;the strength and hardness are enhanced after Zr addition and the properties are best when the addition of Zris 0.4%.
