摘要
采用反应喷涂(RFS)技术在钢基体表面制备出具有Ni60粘结层的三元硼化物金属陶瓷涂层。使用XRD、SEM和EDS等研究了感应加热工艺以及Ni60粘结层对涂层的相组成、显微组织、界面结构的影响规律。结果表明,在本实验条件下随感应加热时间的延长,涂层组织渐趋致密,而涂层界面由于存在明显的咬合趋势,从而有益于界面结合强度的提高。
Mo2FeB2 ternary boride cermet coating with Ni60 bond coating was prepared on the steel substrate by reactive flame spraying.The effects of induction heating and Ni60 bond coating on the phase composition,microstructure and interfacial structure of the coating were investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that the microstructure becomes more compact with the increase of heating time,and the interfacial combination becomes strong,which is beneficial to the improvement of the interfacial bonding strength in the experimental condition.
