摘要
对20Cr3MoWVA合金钢齿轮进行不同工艺的热处理,并对热处理后的金相组织、表面硬度和心部硬度进行检测分析。结果表明,20Cr3MoWVA钢齿轮经碳氮共渗或渗碳后,重新加热到910℃快速油淬,经冰冷处理+低温回火后,其性能可满足技术要求。
The 20Cr3MoWVA steel by different heat treatment was carried out.The microstructure,surface hardness and center hardness were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of 20Cr3MoWVA steel can satisfy the technique request of gear after carbonitriding or carburizing,reheating and oil quenching at 910 ℃ then tempering at low temperature.
