摘要
采用电弧离子镀(AIP)技术制备了TiAlCeN涂层,并对其进行800~1100℃热处理。采用SEM、显微硬度仪和划痕试验机等研究了不同温度和保温时间下涂层微观结构和性能的变化。结果表明:经900℃×3 h高温处理后的TiAlCeN涂层刀片综合性能最优,其显微硬度可达2000 HV0.5,结合强度最高可达65 N。
The TiAlCeN coating prepared by arc ion plating was heat-treated at 800 ℃~1100 ℃.The changes of microstructure and properties of the coating treated at different temperature for different time were examined by SEM,microhardness test and scratch test.The results show that heat treatment at 900 ℃for 3 h is the best heat treatment.Its microhardness is up to 2000 HV0.5 and the bonding strength is up to 65 N.
