摘要
采用化学成分分析、硬度测定、金相检验及综合分析等方法对Cr12MoV模具的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:材料中共晶碳化物呈网状分布,同时存在锋利、尖角块状碳化物,二者共同作用导致模具断裂。
The failure cause of Cr12MoV die was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,hardness measurement,metallography inspection and analysis.The results show that the eutectic carbides distribute in net-shaped structure and there are some sharp-edged block carbides existing in steel meanwhile.These carbides togetherlead to the crack of Cr12MoV die.
