摘要
叙述了球磨机衬板用低合金耐磨钢的生产过程,对其化学成分、金相组织和热处理工艺进行了探讨。结果表明,通过合理选择化学成分、采取适当的热处理工艺,可获得高强韧性和较高硬度的衬板材料。
The production process of wear-resistant low-alloy steel for ball mill liner was described,its chemical composition,microstructure and heat treatment processes were discussed.The results show that selectting rational chemical composition,appropriate heat treatment process can obtain the liner material with high strength,high toughness and higher hardness.
