摘要
利用数学软件MATLAB,对导向辊运动过程中的角速度、水平(X)、竖直(Y)方向的位移进行了计算,将获得的计算数据导入到通用模拟软件ABAQUS中,并利用其对4.6m大直径环件径、轴向轧制成形过程进行成形仿真。结果表明,合理的导向辊运动控制实现了大型环件的径、轴向轧制,模拟结果显示,应力、应变分布及端面鱼尾形状等符合实际。
The angular velocity,displacements in X and Y direction of guide rolls were calculated by mathematical software MATLAB,then the data were imported to ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and the ring rolling process for a large ring with φ4.6 m was analyzed.The results show that the radial-axial rolling for the large ring can be achieved by reasonable controlling of guide roll.The stress,strain distribution and fish-tail shape of ring are in agreement with actuality.
