摘要 对2.25Cr1Mo钢试板分别在室温下进行焊接,焊后自然冷却(正常焊接),及加热到750、850℃进行焊接并且焊接过程中始终保持高温不变,焊后自然冷却(高温焊接),采用小盲孔法测量其焊接残余应力。结果表明,高温焊接能够有效地降低焊接残余应力,并且高温焊接温度越高,焊接残余应力降低效果越好。 2.25Cr1Mo steel test plate was welded at room temperature and then was cooled by natural cooling after welding;test plate was also welded at 750 ℃,850 ℃,respectively,and remain this temperature during welding,then was cooled by natural cooling after welding.The welding residual stress was measured by small blind hole method.The results show that high temperature welding can(750 ℃,850 ℃) effectively reduce the welding residual stress,the higher the soldering temperatures,the less the welding residual stress.
