摘要
利用有限元分析方法,模拟计算汽车变速箱用离合器盘TIG焊条件下焊接温度场分布及熔池形态。采用等密度分布体积热源模拟TIG焊时在强电弧作用下所形成的热源。结果表明,采用简化的热源模型,可以实现对TIG焊接温度场分布进行比较准确的预测,为进一步计算残余应力分布和变形打下基础。
The distribution of welding temperature and the shape of welding pool of automotive clutch plates under Tungsten Inert Gas(TIG) welding were simulated by finite element analysis.An equal-density heat source model was employed to simulate the heat source generated by the strong arc of tungsten.It is concluded that the simplified heat source model can be used to predict the temperature field of TIG welding,which lays down a solid foundation for further computational simulation of welding residual stress and distortion.
