PDGF、foxp3和MMP-9与哮喘气道重塑的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨PDGF、foxp3和MMP-9与哮喘气道重塑的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测40例哮喘患者治疗前后及30例健康查体者血清PDGF、foxp3和MMP-9,高分辨率CT(high resolution computed tomography,HRCT)行胸部检测。结果哮喘组血清中PDGF和MMP-9水平比健康对照组明显升高(P<0.05),而foxp3明显降低(P<0.01)。与治疗前相比哮喘组PDGF(P<0.05)和MMP-9水平明显降低(P<0.01),但仍高于对照组;foxp3与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HRCT结果显示,与对照组相比,哮喘组小支气管内径狭窄;小支气管内面积明显变小(P<0.05);小支气管外径无明显差异。治疗后小支气管管腔有明显扩张,面积明显增加(P<0.01);治疗前后小支气管对比外径无明显变化。结论哮喘患者有PDGF-foxp3和MMP-9的环路存在,综合治疗可以逆转气道重塑。 Objective To study the relation between platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),foxp3,MMP-9 and airway remodeling due to asthma.Methods Serum PDGF,foxp3 and MMP-9 levels were measured in 40 patients with bronchial asthma(BA)and in 30 healthy controls before and after treatment by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Chest was detected by high resolution computed tomography(HRCT).Results The serum PDGF and MMP-9 levels were significantly higher while the serum foxp3 level was significantly lower in asthma patients than in healthy controls(P0.05).Although the serum PDGF and MMP-9 levels were significantly decreased in asthma patients after treatment,they were still higher than those in healthy controls(P0.05).HRCT showed that the inner diameter and area of bronchus were significantly smaller in asthma patients than in healthy controls(P0.05)with no significant difference in outer diameter of bronchus.The inner diameter of bronchus was remarkably dilated with its area notably increased with no significant difference in its outer diameter after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion There is a ring of PDGF,foxp3 and MMP-9 in asthma patients.Combined treatment can reverse the airway remodeling due to asthma.
