摘要
目的分析扣带回体积与年龄的相关关系,揭示扣带回随年龄变化的规律。方法对1000名中国健康成年志愿者,按年龄分为A(18~30岁)、B(31~40岁)、C(41~50岁)、D(51~60岁)、E(61~80岁)五组,每组200名,男女各100名,分别接受大脑三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列T1WI,应用三维体积分析软件测量扣带回的体积,并通过大脑容积标准化处理来校正扣带回体积测量值。不同年龄组扣带回体积的比较采用单因素方差分析,扣带回体积与年龄进行Pearson相关与回归分析。结果 A~E组校正后扣带回体积(mm3):左侧分别为9734.8±1492.2、9741.8±1754.8、9459.8±1500.4、9421.6±1392.4、9149.7±1471.8,右侧分别为10673.7±1437.8、10584.2±1560.8、10559.8±1495.5、10258.2±1435.2、9985.0±1472.9,不同年龄组扣带回体积之间差异均有统计学意义(F=5.232、7.428,P均<0.05),左、右侧扣带回体积与年龄均存在负相关(r=-0.140、-0.167,P均<0.001)。结论扣带回体积与年龄存在线性负相关关系,但相关性不高。
Objective To analyze the relationship between cingulate gyrus volumes and age,in order to provide basal morphological data for the study of correlative disease.Methods A total of 1000 Chinese healthy volunteers were divided into 5 groups according to age:Group A(18—30),group B(31—40),group C(41—50),group D(51—60)and group E(61—80).Each group consisted of 200 subjects(100 females and 100 males,respectively).Brain scans were performed on all the subjects with T1 weighted three-dimensional magnetization prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo sequence.Cingulate gyrus volumes were semi-manually measured using 3D volume analysis software,and were corrected by total intracranial volume.Cingulate gyrus volumes among different age groups were compared with one-way ANOVA.The relationship between cingulate gyrus volume and age was analyzed with Pearson correlation and regression analysis.Results Corrected cingulate gyrus volumes(mm3)among group A,B,C,D and E were as follows:Left:9734.8±1492.2,9741.8±1754.8,9459.8±1500.4,9421.6±1392.4 and 9149.7±1471.8;Right:10 673.7±1437.8,10 584.2±1560.8,10 559.8±1495.5,10 258.2±1435.2 and 9985.0±1472.9.Significant difference was found among different groups(F=5.232,7.428,all P0.05).Cingulate gyrus volumes of both sides were negatively correlated with age(r=-0.140,-0.167,all P0.001).Conclusion Cingulate gyrus volumes of both sides have negative linear correlation with age,though the correlation coefficient is not high.
